1. Shipping & Delivery Term for Wholesaler

Production lead time for a bulk order is about 60-65days upon sample approval. After the productions are finished, we will conduct inspection and then send inspection images for your approval. If everything is approved, we will book vessels with either our forwarder or your designated forwarder, then ship out the merchandise to your designated destinations.

2. Shipping & Delivery Term to shop from our GenMous Shop.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, quality check, and packaging. All orders are sent to our Dallas warehouse for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time and it takes for items to be shipped from our Dallas warehouse to the destination.
